When and how to take the hair and nail food supplement?

Take 3 capsules a day* with a glass of water before, during or after a meal, spaced out over the day or all 3 at the same time.
It is recommended not to take the food supplements with a hot drink in order not to degrade the vitamins and therefore the effectiveness of the food supplement. On the other hand, it is not necessary to wait more than 5 minutes between taking your (long-awaited) coffee or tea and ingesting the hair and food capsules.

For maximum effectiveness, a 3-month course of treatment is recommended in order to see the full effects of the energy and vitality food supplements.
The pack contains 90 capsules, equivalent to a 1 month treatment with 3 capsules per day.

Can I take the food supplements MÊME if I am not affected by cancer?

Of course you can! Our supplements are developed to help with the side effects of cancer treatments, but they are obviously suitable for anyone looking for a "boost", including pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are already taking medication, we recommend that you ask your doctor for advice before starting a treatment.

Is it a problem to take only one or two pills a day instead of the recommended three?

The only risk you take in this case is that of not seeing any effect of your food supplement treatment, which would be a pity ;) For optimal results and to see the full effects of our supplements, we recommend that you take 3 capsules a day for 3 months.

What should I do if I forget to take my pills?

If you forget to take your supplements one day, don't worry, simply continue your normal cure and take your 3 daily capsules the next day! Just make sure you don't take a double dose to make up for the forgotten dose!

Can I take the Hair & Nails and Energy & Vitality supplements at the same time?

Yes, we have formulated our supplements so that they are compatible with each other! Who says you can't benefit from the effects of a "growth boost" and an "energy boost" ;)

Can the Hair & Nails supplement be effective for temporary alopecia?

It all depends on the nature and origin of the alopecia, however there are no contraindications. We recommend that you seek advice from your doctor or dermatologist if you have any doubts.

Does the Hair & Nails supplement make all the hair grow back?

Our Hair & Nail supplement can indeed slightly promote body hair growth, but not as much as hair growth. So if there are areas of the body or face where hair is a problem, they may need a little more attention during your treatment ;)
