How to fully remove your makeup using the soothing makeup removal duo

Apply a dab of Melting makeup remover gel to your dry skin, then massage until the gel turns to oil. Add a little water and mix to achieve an emulsion; the texture becomes a lotion. Rinse thoroughly in plenty of warm water. Dab with a thick towel to gently dry your face; spray a little Care Mist; then leave to dry.

You may use the Makeup removal pad after the Melting makeup remover gel and also after spraying Care mist. It removes any remaining product and impurities, readying your skin for a face care routine.

Is this routine suitable for all skin types?

Do I need a pad or wipe to rinse the products off?

Not necessarily! Our Melting makeup remover gel can be massaged straight into the skin and rinsed off with warm water, without pads, as a kindness to fragile skin, eyelashes and eyebrows. We do recommend using pads after spraying Care mist. It removes any remaining product and impurities, readying your skin for a face care routine.

Is the makeup removal routine effective on waterproof and long-lasting makeup?

Yes, our Melting makeup remover gel has been proven effective on waterproof and long-lasting makeup. However we do not recommend using this type of makeup on very sensitive eyes and skin. Removing this type of makeup sometimes requires in-depth cleansing and vigorous massage, which can cause skin sensitisation and irritations. To soothe your skin after removing makeup in this type of situation, use Care mist, then apply our Face cream to moisturise your skin and prevent it from blotching.
