It is important to adopt a full routine to make the most of the fortifying, antioxidant properties of our nail care range, and for a long-lasting, nail-friendly manicure for fragile or brittle nails. Our Vintage pink manicure kit has all the products you need for each step!

NB: if you apply two coats, all our coloured nail polishes (except Nude and Milky Nude) are fully opaque and protect your nails from UV rays. Nude and Milky Nude are only semi-opaque, and will not fully protect your nails from UV rays.

For cancer treatment such as chemotherapy or targeted therapy, we recommend wearing opaque nail polish fortified with silicon to limit the impact of this treatment on your nails.

Four steps to strengthen your fragile nails!

For an impeccable manicure, apply a protective silicon base coat, then two coats of colored silicon nail polish, and finally a silicon top coat for a glossier, longer-lasting result. One last tip: once your manicure is dry to the touch, run cold water over your fingers for the polish to set more quickly!

To remove your nail polish with our nail polish remover, pour a few drops onto cotton wool and press it on your nails for a few seconds. Gently remove it, moving towards the tip, and rub the nail polish off gently.

We recommend applying your nail polish in a well-ventilated room and keeping it out of the reach of children.

When to apply the Top Coat to optimise drying time?

You can apply the Top Coat a few hours after the first three coats, or the next morning, to protect them and optimise the drying time. Feel free to use our nail polish drying oil, to halve the drying time for your manicure.

Does the manicure kit protect nails from UV rays?

Yes! If you apply two coats of opaque coloured Nail polish, our manicure kit will mechanically protect your nails from UV rays. Only our “Nude” and “Milky Nude” colours are not opaque. These colours are recommended only for those who do not need protection from UV rays.

Are the Silicon nail polishes suitable for nails damaged by cancer treatment?

Yes, like all MÊME products, it is perfectly suitable for people being treated for cancer. A full manicure, with silicon and opaque products, can even help to protect and strengthen nails during treatment that is harsh on nails.

Is the manicure kit suitable for pregnant women?

Yes! With their especially body-friendly, bio-based and 10-free formula, the products used in our emergency routine for fragile nails are also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, although they should be used on special occasions only!
